The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has published the Provisional Allotment Result 2025 on its official website, keralapsc.gov.in. This notification is part of the recruitment process for various posts in the Kerala Excise and Prohibition Department, especially the post of Civil Excise Officer (Trainee), Category No. 743/2024.

Key Details of the Allotment

The provisional allotment is category-wise and includes roll numbers of candidates who have been shortlisted to move on to the next stages: Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

The written examination for these posts was held in September 2025. The result is included under Short Lists / Provisional Lists section on the PSC website. The allotment is provisional, meaning it is subject to further verification and confirmation following subsequent test and document checks.

How to Check and Download the Result

Candidates can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: keralapsc.gov.in
  2. Navigate to the “Short Lists / Provisional Lists” or “Results / Notifications” section.
  3. Look for the link titled “Provisional Allotment Result 2025 – Civil Excise Officer (Trainee) – Cat. No. 743/2024” (or the relevant category for your post).
  4. Click the link to open or download the PDF merit list.
  5. Use Ctrl + F (or search) in the PDF to find your registration number or roll number.

What Happens Next: PMT, PET and Verification

Only those names included in the provisional allotment will be called for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PSC will issue schedules, venue details and necessary instructions for these tests. Candidates are urged to regularly check the PSC website for updates.

After successful completion of physical tests, shortlisted candidates will be asked for document verification. In that stage, original certificates, proof of identity, category certificates (if any), and other relevant documents will be scrutinised.

Final confirmation of appointments will depend on fulfilling all criteria, including physical tests and document verification.
