KCET Registration 2025: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has started the online application process for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025. Starting today, January 23, interested and eligible candidates can register for the exam through the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
As per the schedule, the application window will close on February 21, 2025, so interested students are advised to submit their applications well before the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria for KCET 2025
To be eligible for KCET 2025, candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Biotechnology. Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories can apply with a minimum score of 40% in Class 12. It is important to note that English must be one of the compulsory subjects studied in Class 12.
There is no upper age limit for applying for KCET; however, candidates must be at least 17 years old to appear for the exam.

Step 3. Use your credentials to access the application form.
Step 4. Enter accurate personal and academic information.
Step 5. Upload required documents and pay the application fee online.

The KCET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 16 and 17, 2025. The Kannada medium test will be held on April 18. The exam will be conducted offline, with question papers available in both English and Kannada. The exam will consist of a total of 180 questions. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers, and candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct response.
