Karnataka SSLC Admit Card 2025: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has released the admit cards for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations, scheduled to commence on March 21, 2025. With the exams just around the corner, the board has issued a strict deadline for schools to verify and rectify student details by March 17, 5 PM. Any discrepancies reported after this deadline will not be entertained, and school principals will be held accountable for errors or delays.

The admit cards are now accessible on the KSEAB portal under the school login section. School principals have been instructed to download and distribute the admit cards to students without delay. Additionally, schools must ensure that the number of downloaded admit cards matches the total number of registered students. In cases where admit cards are missing, schools are required to report the issue to the board immediately, along with supporting documents.

The board has also emphasized the importance of verifying special accommodations for students with disabilities and other critical student information. Any errors in photographs, signatures, or other details must be corrected and submitted to the board before the March 17 deadline. Failure to do so will result in principals being held responsible for inaccuracies in students’ mark sheets.

Strict Measures for Karnataka SSLC Exam 2025

KSEAB has warned that no modifications to admit card details will be permitted after the examinations. Furthermore, if an unauthorized student is found appearing for the exam, both the school head and the exam centre supervisor will face accountability. These measures aim to maintain the integrity of the examination process and ensure a smooth experience for all candidates.

Correction Fees and Deadlines

The board has outlined specific fees for corrections:

  • Rs. 100 per correction for errors in student details.
  • Rs. 500 for changes in the medium of instruction.

All correction requests must be submitted to the board by the March 17 deadline. Schools are urged to adhere to these guidelines to avoid complications during the examination and result processing phases.

As the countdown to the SSLC exams begins, students, parents, and schools are advised to stay updated with official announcements from KSEAB to ensure a smooth and successful examination season.
