Correction Window to Open on February 27
For candidates who have successfully registered, the NTA has announced that the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 correction window will open on February 27, 2026. This facility will be available for a limited time, closing on February 28, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM).
During this period, registered candidates can log in to the official portal to edit specific details in their application forms. As per the official notice, fields such as Candidate's Name, Father's/Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Educational Qualification details, and Choice of Examination City are likely to be editable.
NTA has clarified that this is the only opportunity for correction; no further changes will be entertained after the window closes. If a correction (e.g., a change in category) leads to an increase in the application fee, the candidate must pay the additional amount online for the changes to be accepted.
Basic details like the registered mobile number and email ID are typically not allowed to be changed.
With the registration deadline expiring today, students are urged to complete their applications as soon as possible and mark their calendars for the upcoming correction window.
