This decision follows technical issues that affected 114 candidates during the first shift on January 22, 2025, at the e-Talent Examination Centre (TC Code-40086) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Admit Card: Candidates are advised to download their admit cards from the NTA website and reach the exam centers as per the reporting time mentioned on them. Following the dress code and exam day instructions stipulated by the NTA is mandatory.

Exam Day Essentials: Students must ensure they carry only those items permitted inside the exam hall as per NTA guidelines. They are responsible for making arrangements for the safekeeping of their belongings as some centers might not have cloakroom facilities.

Required Documents: A printed copy of the admit card (on A4 sized paper, preferably in color), a passport-sized photograph (identical to the one used in the application form), a valid original photo ID proof, and any other documents mandated by the NTA must be presented at the exam hall.

Candidates are not permitted to carry calculators or watches into the JEE Main exam hall. A clock will be available on the exam console to help students monitor their time.

As Shift 1 concludes, students assigned to Shift 2 will begin their exam at 3 PM and continue until 6 PM.
