The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) January 2025 session today, 11 January 2025. The examination will be held in remote proctored mode, allowing candidates to appear from a location of their choice.

- Mode of Examination: The exam will be conducted in remote proctored mode, and no physical test centres will be used.
- Permitted Devices: Candidates must use a laptop or desktop to appear for the exam. Mobile phones, tablets, palmtops, and similar devices are not allowed.
- Safe Exam Browser (SEBLite): Candidates are required to download, install, and test the Safe Exam Browser (SEBLite) on their devices as per the instructions provided. This step should be completed well in advance.
- Documents Required: Admit Card, a government-issued identity card, such as a Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Voter ID. Candidates failing to present these documents will not be permitted to take the exam.
- Proctor Monitoring: During the test, candidates will be monitored in real time through video and audio by a remote proctor. This ensures compliance with examination rules, similar to a physical test centre environment.
- Login Instructions: Candidates should log in to the test portal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the examination.
- Passing Criteria: A minimum of 40% marks in each paper (Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3, and Paper-4). And a aggregate of 50% across all papers.
- Dress Code: Candidates are required to dress decently during the examination to maintain decorum.
Candidates should carefully review these guidelines to ensure a smooth examination experience. Any failure to follow the instructions, including not logging in on time or improper identification, may lead to disqualification.
