The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has informed aspiring chartered accountants about a revision in the exam schedule for the Foundation program in January 2025. Candidates can access the updated schedule on the official ICAI website, https://www.icai.org/.
According to the official notification, the Foundation exam will now be conducted across four days: January 12, 16, 18, and 20, 2025. This revision comes after careful consideration to avoid conflicts with major festivals like Makar Sankranti, Bihu, and Pongal.
However, the exam schedule for the Intermediate program remains unchanged. Group I exams will be held on January 11, 13, and 15, while Group II exams will take place on January 17, 19, and 21, 2025.

The notification clarifies that there will be no further modifications to the schedule even if any of the exam days coincide with a public holiday declared by the central government, state governments, or local authorities.
In a separate announcement, ICAI has also informed candidates that the correction window for the Foundation Exam application forms for January 2025 will open tomorrow, November 27. Registered candidates will have the opportunity to rectify any errors in their applications until November 29, 2024.
