IBPS RRB 2024 notification out for various Group A and B posts, registration begins tomorrow

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the IBPS RRB Notification 2024 for the recruitment of Group A Officers (Scale I, II, and III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose). Eligible candidates can apply from June 7 to 27, 2024, via the IBPS official website.

IBPS RRB 2024: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a short notice of the IBPS RRB 2024 for the recruitment of Group A - Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B - Office Assistants (Multipurpose). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the RCP RRB XIII from the official website of IBPS at ibps.in.

As per the schedule, the online registration process for IBPS RRB 2024 will be open from June 07 to 27. The Pre-Exam Training (PET) will be held from July 22 to 27, 2024. PET will be conducted either in online mode or physical mode. A detailed notification conta9ning the eligibility process, registration fee and application fee is expected to be released tomorrow, June 7.

Exam Stages

- Officers Scale I: Preliminary, Mains, and Interview

- Office Assistant: Preliminary and Mains

- Officers Scale II and III: Single-level Exam and Interview

As per the IBPS 2024 calendar, the IBPS RRB PET Exam 2024 will be held from 22nd to 27th July 2024. The Prelims exam for Officer Assistant and Officer Scale 1 positions will be conducted across multiple dates: August 3rd, 4th, 10th, 17th, and 18th, 2024. For Officer Scale 1 (Mains) and Officer Scale 2 & 3, a single online exam will be held on September 29th, 2024. The Mains exam for the Clerk position follows on October 6th, 2024.

Selection Process

The selection process for IBPS RRB positions varies depending on the role:

- Officer Assistant and Clerk: These roles involve a two-stage selection - process consisting of a Preliminary exam and a Mains exam.

- Officer Scale I (PO): This role requires candidates to clear all three stages: Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and a final Interview round.

- Officer Scale II & III: These positions are filled through a single online exam called the IBPS Officer Grade II Exam, followed by an Interview.
