HPBOSE has declared the Himachal Board Class 10 result 2025 on 15 May. Students can now check their marks at hpbose.org using their roll numbers.

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the Class 10 results for the academic year 2024-25 today, 15 May. Students who appeared for the examination can now check their marks online on the official website hpbose.org using their roll numbers.

How to Check HPBOSE 10th Result 2025 Online

To check the Class 10 results on the official website, students can follow these steps:

  1. Go to hpbose.org
  2. Click on the "Results" section on the homepage
  3. Select the link for "HPBOSE Class 10 Result 2025"
  4. Enter your roll number and click on submit
  5. Your result will appear on the screen. Download or take a printout for future reference

Students should make sure all details are correct in their marksheet. In case of any errors or missing information, they must contact their school authorities immediately.

How To Check Result via SMS

Students without internet access can also receive their Class 10 result through SMS. To do so, send a message in the following format:

  • HP10 [space] Roll Number
  • Send the SMS to 56263
  • (Example: HP10 123456)

HPBOSE 10th Topper and Overall Pass Percentage

This year, Saina Thakur from Neugal Model Public Senior Secondary School, Bhawarna secured the top position in the Himachal Pradesh Class 10 board exams with a remarkable score of 696 marks out of 700, achieving 99.43%.

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education recorded a total of 95,495 registered candidates, out of which 75,862 students passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 79.8%. A total of 5,563 students were placed in the compartment category, while 13,574 candidates did not pass. The pass rate this year shows a notable improvement of 5.19 percentage points compared to last year’s 74.61%, indicating a positive shift in academic performance across the state.

The HP Board Class 10 exams were held from 4 March to 22 March 2025. All exams were conducted in a single shift, starting at 8:45 AM and ending at 12 PM. The exams began with the Hindi paper and concluded with subjects like Art, Economics, and Commerce.

Similarly, the Class 12 board exams were held from 4 March to 29 March 2025. These exams mostly followed the same time schedule. However, Fine Arts exams ended earlier, by 10 AM.

Minimum Marks Required to Pass

As per HPBOSE guidelines, students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject. In addition to passing individual subjects, students must also score a minimum of 33% overall to be declared pass.

Details Mentioned on the Marksheet

After checking their results, students can find the following information in their digital or printed marksheet:

  • Full name of the student
  • Roll number (as per admit card)
  • Marks obtained in each subject
  • Grades for respective subjects
  • Total marks (sum of all subjects)
  • Overall result status (Pass or Fail)
