The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, will release the seat allotment results for the second round of MP NEET UG 2025 counseling today, September 22, 2025. Candidates who participated in the counseling process can view their MBBS/BDS seat allocation status on the official portal, dme.mponline.gov.in.

Candidates who will be provisionally allotted a seat in this round must note the following critical deadlines:

Reporting to Allotted College: Successfully allotted candidates are required to physically report to their assigned institute for document verification and admission confirmation between September 23 and September 29, 2025.

Option to Upgrade: Candidates who wish to be considered for a better seat in a possible subsequent round can choose the ‘Upgrade’ option during the reporting process. The last date to exercise this upgrade option is October 4, 2025.

Seat Cancellation: For those not satisfied with their allotted seat, the window for online cancellation will be open from September 23 to October 4, 2025, until 5:00 PM.

How to check MP NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2025?

Follow these simple steps to download your allotment letter:

Step 1. Go to the official DME MP website: dme.mponline.gov.in.
Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click on the active link that reads 'MP NEET UG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result'.
Step 3. You will be redirected to a login portal. Enter your required credentials such as your application number, password, and security pin.
Step 4. Your seat allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5. Carefully review the details—including the allotted college and course—and download the allotment letter. It is mandatory to print multiple copies for future use during the reporting process.

Essential Documents for College Reporting

Candidates must carry the following original documents along with a set of self-attested photocopies for verification at the allotted institute:

  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
  • NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
  • MP NEET UG 2025 Seat Allotment Letter
  • Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate (for date of birth proof)
  • Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate of Madhya Pradesh
  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
  • Income Certificate, if applicable
  • Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate, if applicable
  • Character Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • A valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License)
  • Recent passport-sized photographs
