Delhi University (DU) has commenced the second phase of undergraduate (UG) admissions under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-UG) 2025 today, July 8. Aspiring students who have cleared the CUET UG 2025 can now select their preferred colleges and courses on DU’s official admission portal – admission.uod.ac.in.

  • Phase 2 (Preferences Submission): Open from July 8 to July 14, 2025 (till 11:59 PM)
  • Auto-Locking Feature: Unsubmitted preferences will freeze automatically after the deadline
  • Correction Window: Registered candidates can edit details until July 11 (11:59 PM)
  • 71,624 Seats Available: Across 69 DU colleges for various UG programs
  • New Auto-Accept Feature: Ensures no seat loss due to manual acceptance delays

To prevent seat forfeiture due to delays, DU has introduced an auto-accept feature. If a student fails to manually accept an allotted seat within the deadline, the system will automatically confirm the admission.

2. Tie-Breaker Policy

Apart from CUET scores, Class 10 marks will now play a role in breaking ties during seat allocation.

3. Preference Locking

Students must carefully select their college and course preferences, as once submitted, changes cannot be made later.

Step 2. Log in using CUET credentials

Step 3. Select preferred colleges & courses

Step 4. Submit preferences before July 14 (11:59 PM)
