CSIR UGC NET December 2024: Assam Exam on Feb 28 Cancelled, Rescheduled for March 2

The CSIR UGC NET December 2024 exam in Assam on 28 February 2025 was cancelled due to a technical issue and has been rescheduled for 2 March 2025.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has cancelled the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 exam that was scheduled in Assam on 28 February 2025 due to a technical issue. The exam has now been rescheduled for 2 March 2025. The affected candidates can download their revised admit cards from the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.

According to the notice published on the official website, the cancellation applies to candidates who appeared for the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 exam in Earth Sciences and Mathematical Sciences (Shift 1 only) at Assam Down Town University, Guwahati. The NTA has advised candidates to download their new admit cards to appear for the rescheduled exam.

The notice states: "In continuation to the Public Notice dated: 28.02.2025, vide which exam of Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2024 held in the subjects of Earth Sciences and Mathematical Sciences on 28.02.2025 (SHIFT-1 ONLY) at Assam Down Town University, Guwahati, Assam was cancelled due to technical glitch."

How to Download CSIR UGC NET December 2024 Admit Card

Candidates can follow these steps to download the revised admit card:

  1. Visit the official website: csirnet.nta.ac.in
  2. Click on the link that says, ‘Joint CSIR UGC NET DEC 2024: Click here to download admit card’ on the homepage.
  3. A new page will open.
  4. Enter the required credentials and click on submit.
  5. Download the admit card and take a printout for future use.
