The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced the results of the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 01/2025) today, on March 17, 2025. The AFCAT 2025 exam was conducted on February 22 and 23, 2025, across multiple examination centres in India.

The Indian Air Force aims to fill a total of 336 vacancies for Group 'A' Gazetted Officer positions through this recruitment drive. Candidates who appeared for the computer-based test can now check their results online using their registered login credentials on the official AFCAT website.

How to check AFCAT 2025 Results?

Candidates can access their AFCAT 01/2025 results by following these simple steps:

Step 1. Visit the official AFCAT website.
Step 2. Log in using your registered credentials, such as your email ID and password.
Step 3. Navigate to the results section and download your scorecard.
Step 4. Take a printout of the result for future reference.

AFCAT 2025 Exam

The AFCAT 01/2025 exam was conducted online in two shifts each day. The test consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 300 marks. The exam evaluated candidates on five key areas: General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability ,Reasoning and Military Aptitude.

The duration of the exam was 2 hours, with a negative marking scheme in place. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark was deducted, ensuring that candidates were evaluated on both accuracy and knowledge.

What's Next for Shortlisted Candidates?

Candidates who have cleared the AFCAT 2025 exam will proceed to the AFSB interview round. This stage evaluates candidates on various parameters, including personality, leadership qualities, and communication skills. Successful candidates will then undergo medical examinations and final selection for training at the Air Force Academy.
