Calcutta University Result 2024 Out for B.Com Semester 5 Exams; Direct Link Here

The University of Calcutta has released the results for the B.Com. Semester 5 (Honours/General/Major) Examinations held in 2024 under the CBCS system. The results were officially announced on 9 April 2025.

Students who appeared for the exams can now check their results online. To view the result, candidates will need to enter their 12-digit Roll and Number (excluding the hyphen) on the official websites provided by the University.

1. Visit any of the official result websites listed above.
2. Find the section for “B.Com. Semester-V (Honours/General/Major) Examinations 2024.”
3. Enter your 12-digit Roll and Number (without the hyphen).
4. Submit to view your result.
5. Download or print a copy of the result for future reference.

The printed Gazette and the Statement of Marks will be handed over to the authorised representatives of affiliated colleges on 17 April 2025. Distribution will begin from 2:30 PM at the Result (Major) & Computer Cell-I Section.

Students who fail or miss any theoretical paper may be allowed to appear in a supplementary examination. This is applicable only for theoretical papers, not practicals or internal assessments.

In case a student misses both chances due to a medical emergency, they must apply for special permission through their institution’s Head to the concerned Faculty Secretary. If approved, the student will be allowed to take the supplementary exam in the following semester.
