The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will release the admit card for the Sakshamta (Competency) Examination 3, 2025 today, 16 July 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam will be able to download their admit cards from the official website https://secondary.biharboardonline.com once it is made available.

The BSEB Sakshamta 3 examination is scheduled to be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from 23 July to 25 July 2025. Only those candidates who carry a valid admit card will be allowed to appear for the examination.

Once the link is active, candidates can follow the steps below:

1. Visit the official website: https://secondary.biharboardonline.com
2. Click on the link for the Sakshamta 3 admit card on the homepage
3. Log in using the application number and either the password or date of birth
4. The admit card will be displayed on the screen
5. Download it and take a printout for future use

Important: After downloading the admit card, candidates must get it countersigned by the District Programme Officer (Establishment). Without the countersignature, the admit card will not be considered valid, and entry to the exam centre will be denied.

Candidates should carefully verify the following information after downloading the admit card:

• Name of the examination
• Examination centre address
• Date and time of the examination
• Candidate’s name, date of birth, photograph, and signature
• Subjects of the examination
• Reporting time
• Instructions for exam day
