This is the final opportunity for all teaching aspirants to register for the examination, which is a mandatory gateway to a teaching career in government secondary and higher secondary schools across the state.

Qualifying the STET 2025 will make candidates eligible to apply for the fourth round of teacher recruitment conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC TRE-4), which is scheduled for December 2025. This creates a direct and swift pathway to secure a teaching position.

For Both Papers:

Bihar STET 2025 Exam Pattern

The Bihar STET 2025 will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with a duration of 2.5 hours for each paper.

Paper-1 (Secondary): Based on the syllabus for classes 9-10.

Paper-2 (Higher Secondary): Based on the syllabus for classes 11-12.

Each paper will consist of 150 questions, divided into two sections:

Subject-Specific Knowledge: 100 questions.

Teaching Art & Other Competencies: 50 questions.
