The ADRE 2025 recruitment drive saw an overwhelming response, with over 13 lakh candidates appearing for the examinations. A total of 13,36,106 aspirants took the Grade 3 examination, making it one of the largest recruitment initiatives in Assam’s history.

For Grade 3 positions, the recruitment process includes a written examination followed by a skill test for qualified candidates. The final merit list will be determined based on the combined scores of both stages. For Grade 4 positions, the selection is based solely on the written examination.

Examination Schedule and Answer Keys

The ADRE Grade 3 examination was conducted in two phases:

  • September 15, 2025: For HSSLC (Class 12) positions.
  • September 29, 2025: For graduate-level and HSLC driver positions.
  • The Grade 4 examination, catering to HSLC, HSLC+ITI, and Class 8 qualified candidates, was held on October 27, 2025.

Following the examinations, the State-Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) released provisional answer keys, allowing candidates to raise objections. Officials confirmed that all valid objections were reviewed, and the final answer keys were prepared accordingly. Candidates whose objections were accepted will receive a refund of the objection fee.
