Company History - Siddhartha Tubes

The Company is incorporated on 2nd April 1986 as a Public Limited
 Company, and has received its certificate of commencement of business
 on 23rd December 1987. The Company commenced production of Black &
 Galvanised Tubes and Pipes from 6th April 1989.
  
 The Company is manufacturing Black and Galvanised Tubes and Pipes of
 different sizes. The Company is having necessary registration with
 Bureau of Indian Standards, New Delhi.
 
 The Company is promoted by 'Sanghvi House' and 'Gupta House' well
 known business and Industrial Houses of Indore, known for business
 and trade of agriculture machinery, AC pressure pipes, glass and
 steel pipes. Shri Jayantilal H Sanghvi, Shri Surendra J Sanghvi, and
 Shri Nainesh J Sanghvi of 'Sanghvi House' and Shri Subhash Chandra
 Gupta and Shri Rajendra Prasad Gupta of 'Gupta House' are
 promoter/directors of the Company and House are in the business for
