The Uttar Pradesh Housing Board has announced plans to offer over 150 affordable residential plots in Siddharth Vihar Township, a rapidly developing area on the outskirts of Delhi, according to a News18 report.
The township, spread across 635 acres, is strategically situated just a 30-minute drive from both Noida City Centre and Connaught Place, making it an attractive proposition for homebuyers seeking proximity to the capital without the premium price tag.
Siddharth Vihar already has a population of over 40,000 and consists of completed projects like the Brahmaputra, Ganga, Yamuna, Hindon Towers and Kanshiram Yojana. The area is also well connected with both the Ghaziabad Rapid Rail Station and the Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) Metro Station located only 5 km away.
The Housing Board revealed that only about 30% of the township has been developed so far, underscoring significant growth potential. Last year, plot prices in Siddharth Vihar rose from Rs 58,820 to Rs 65,000 per square metre, with a 100-square-metre plot now costing approximately Rs 65 lakh.
As per the News18 report, the Ghaziabad Development Authority is also set to build a 24-metre-wide road and a cloverleaf interchange, directly linking Siddharth Vihar to the Hindon Elevated Road.
Plans are also reportedly in place for a new bridge over the Hindon River, connecting the township to the Trans Hindon areas. Additionally, a proposed 72-kilometre Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor will link Siddharth Vihar with Greater Noida West and the Noida International Airport.
