The Hyderabad police have announced a series of diversions and special arrangements in view of the Telangana Rising Global Summit, which is being held on December 8 and 9 at Bharat Future City. Commuters are advised to plan their travel in advance and follow the suggested routes to avoid congestion.
For those travelling towards the summit venue, the main route suggested is via Videocon Junction on Hyderabad–Srisailam National Highway (NH-765), then moving through Tukkuguda, Nehru Outer Ring Road (ORR) Rotary at Exit No. 14, Harshaguda, Maheshwaram Gate, Kothur crossroads and finally to Power Grid Junction near Bharat Future City.
An alternate route has also been identified for motorists. This route passes through Tukkuguda, Raviryala and Bongloor from Nehru ORR Rotary (Exit No. 12), then continues via Mangalpally cross road on NH-565 (Nagarjunasagar Highway), Ibrahimpatnam, Agapally, Tolekalan (Petlula), Gummadavely, Akulamailaram, Meerkhanpet, Vaikunta Thanda and finally reaches Power Grid Junction.
Traffic on NH-765 will be diverted at Kothur cross roads towards Pedda Golkonda through ORR Exit No. 15. The diversion route will pass through Kothur village, Jalithvaram, Pullamaddi, Maheshwaram village, Mansanpalli cross road and Nagaram before reaching Pedda Golkonda on the ORR.

Heavy vehicles coming from the ORR and heading towards NH-765 have been advised to use Exit No. 15 at Pedda Golkonda instead of Exit No. 14 at Tukkuguda and then follow the designated diversion route.
For parking, seven separate areas have been arranged for summit visitors. QR codes have been provided to help drivers easily locate these parking spots. Roadside and unauthorised parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed and legal action may be taken.
The police have also stated that adequate signboards will be installed, and traffic personnel will be deployed at key junctions to guide commuters.
