Rohit had gone to deliver a pizza to the couple's home. However, instead of accepting the order and paying for it, the couple demanded that Rohit speak in Marathi. They spoke to him through the locked grill gate of their apartment and refused to pay when they realised he could not speak the local language.
In the video, the woman can be heard saying, “We will take the order and pay only if you speak in Marathi." To this, Rohit replied, “If I don’t know Marathi, why force me to speak it?" The woman responded, “This is how it is here." The conversation grew tense as the agent asked, “Who says that?" and questioned the logic behind such a demand.
However, Rohit maintained his composure throughout the exchange. “If that was your condition, you should not have placed the order. If you do not want to pay, fine,” he said.
Rohit also asked if there was any issue with the food, saying, “If there’s a problem with the order, show it.”
As Rohit continued to record the incident, the woman objected, claiming he wasn’t allowed to film her. “You’re not allowed to film me, but I can record you," she said. Rohit responded firmly, questioning the unfair treatment.
The video ended with the couple refusing to pay, and Rohit leaving without the payment. So far, there has been no official response from Domino’s or the Mumbai Police.
