Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has unveiled an eye-catching Santa Claus sculpture crafted using 1.5 tonnes of apples, blended with sand, in a bid to set a world record for the largest Santa made with apples.

The festive installation was revealed on Christmas Eve and reflects Pattnaik’s trademark fusion of visual spectacle and deeper messaging. Created with natural materials, the artwork stands out for both its scale and originality.
