Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the terminal’s architecture draws inspiration from the lotus flower, symbolising purity and renewal. The structure features 12 sculptural columns resembling unfolding petals and 17 mega-columns supporting the vast roof canopy — all engineered to withstand seismic activity, strong winds, and heavy loads.
