At least 10 schools in Delhi received bomb threat emails on Monday morning, triggering panic. Teams from the Delhi Police rushed to the affected campuses, along with bomb disposal squads, officials said.

According to the Delhi Fire Services (DFS), emergency calls were received from multiple educational institutions across different parts of the city in the morning hours, following which fire tenders and bomb disposal teams were rushed to the locations.

"A total of 10 schools received bomb threats today. Fire service teams immediately reached the premises. Checking is underway," a DFS official said.

Police also confirmed that multiple schools across the national capital were targeted, including three schools in south Delhi. As a precautionary measure, students and staff were evacuated while thorough security checks were carried out on the premises.

This incident marks the latest in a series of similar anonymous threats that have disrupted educational institutions in major Indian cities in recent times, causing widespread alarm and operational chaos.
