RPP Infra Project: The company has said it has received a letter of acceptance worth ₹25.99 crore, including GST, for widening the Hogenakkal–Pennagaram–Dharmapuri–Tirupathur Road (SH-60) from two lanes to four lanes in Tamil Nadu. The company has received the hard copy of the LOA and will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Bikaji Foods International: The company has invested an additional $250,000 into its wholly owned US subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp, through the subscription of 25,000 common shares at $10 each on December 2. The infusion keeps its shareholding unchanged at 100 percent. The US arm, incorporated in July 2023, reported $1.77 million in turnover in FY25 and markets snacks, namkeen, sweets and frozen products.
India Cements: The company has said its Indonesian and Singaporean subsidiaries have signed a share sale and purchase agreement to divest their entire stake in PT Adcoal Energindo for about IDR 10 billion (roughly ₹5.2 crore). PT Adcoal, which contributed 0.5 percent to consolidated turnover in FY25, will cease to be a subsidiary post-transaction, and its associate PT Mitra Setia Tanah Bumbu will also fall off the consolidated structure. A prior agreement by PT Adcoal to sell its MSTB stake has been terminated.
Vardhman Textiles: The company has allotted 10,000 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under its ESOP Plan 2024 to eligible employees. The shares, approved by the ESOP committee on December 2, carry the same rights as existing equity and expand the paid-up capital accordingly.
Spice Islands Industries: The company reported that acquirer Dhaval Girish Chheda and persons acting in concert have converted warrants into 5.22 lakh equity shares. Following the conversion, the company’s paid-up equity capital has risen from 43 lakh shares to 62.33 lakh shares, and the acquirer group now holds an 8.17 percent stake.

Rallis India: ASK Investment Managers purchased 11.23 lakh shares (0.58 percent) of Rallis India at Rs 266.73 a share, amounting to around Rs 29.95 crore.
Vaxtex Cotfab: Nova Global Opportunities Fund bought 75 lakh shares (4.08 percent) of Vaxtex Cotfab (4.08 percent) at Rs 2 per share, while Zeal Global Opportunities Fund (4.08 percent) also acquired 75 lakh shares at Rs 2. Golden Bio Energy purchased 24.8 lakh shares (1.35 percent) for Rs 49.6 lakh, Winspire Project Consultants bought 16.31 lakh shares (0.89 percent) for Rs 32.62 lakh, and Neo Apex Venture LLP bought 10 lakh shares (0.54 percent) for Rs 20 lakh.
Bajaj Housing Finance: Promoter entity Bajaj Finance Ltd sold 16.66 crore shares (2 percent) of Bajaj Housing Finance at Rs 95.31, valuing the deal at around Rs 1,588 crore.
Juniper Hotels: Norges Bank sold 21 lakh shares (1.03 percent) of Juniper Hotels at Rs 239.02 for Rs 50.19 crore and offloaded another 22.92 lakh shares (0.95 percent) at Rs 239.01, amounting to Rs 54.7 crore.
Ganon Products: Jain Capfin bought 50,000 shares of Ganon Products at Rs 16.29 (Rs 8.15 lakh), while Kamla Business Ventures sold 1.5 lakh shares at Rs 15.51 (Rs 23.3 lakh). Sahil Gupta bought 1,500 shares and sold 1 lakh shares at around Rs 16.25, and Neeraj Kumar Singla purchased 93,193 shares at Rs 16.21, worth Rs 15.1 lakh.
Sharvaya Metals: Paresh Thakker bought 1.45 lakh shares (1.45 percent) of Sharvaya at Rs 187.62, while Craft Emerging Market Fund sold 83,400 shares (0.83 percent) at Rs 187.
SSMD Agrotech: Radiant Global Fund bought 2 lakh shares of SSMD (2.31 percent) at Rs 73, TGISME Fund purchased 1 lakh shares (1.15 percent) at Rs 76.65, Neo Apex Venture LLP acquired 2 lakh shares (2.31 percent) at Rs 73, and Shweta Ahuja sold 83,000 shares.
