Patna, Aug 6 (PTI) Bihar assembly passed four bills including the Bihar Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2012 by voice voice today. Speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary put the four legislations for voting by the members who passed them by voice vote in the absence of opposition members who boycotted the second session of the house alleging inaction by the state government in the gangrape of a girl here two months ago. The three other bills were the Bihar Public Land Encroachment (Amendment) Bill, 2012, Bihar Land Mutation (Amendment) Bill, 2012 and Bihar Land Dispute Redressal (Amendment) Bill, 2012.
