Auto numbers fail to cheer most auto makers this festive season. While India's largest auto maker, Maruti Suzuki was hit by the strike and lost over 40,000 units of production, Tata Motors saw a mere 5% growth in its total sales. M&M too saw a 6% slip in sales from the last month, reports CNBC-TV18’s Swati Khandelwal Jain.
