Yash Birla Group acquires 51% in Mansycom Consultants

Diversified conglomerate firm Yash Birla Group today said it has acquired 51% stake in Mansycom Consultants for an undisclosed amount.

Diversified conglomerate firm Yash Birla Group today said it has acquired 51% stake in Mansycom Consultants for an undisclosed amount.


"In a bid to secure a strong foothold in infrastructure sector, Yash Birla Group has acquired 51% controlling stake in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm Mansycom Consultants," Yash Birla Group said in a statement.


Mansycom Consultants specialises in 3D building information modeling technology, creating virtual models of real estate, construction and infrastructure projects to maximize efficiencies and profit.


"We are happy to add the expertise of Mansycom Consultants to our offerings... By acquiring the company we will leverage their capabilities to give our clients maximum design and cost efficiencies," The Yash Birla Group Group Finance Director P V R Murthy said.


Mansycom's clientele includes construction and infrastructure companies like Ambuja Realty, Panchshil Group, Indiabulls Real Estate, Neelam Hotels, Nish Developers, Unitech, Omaxe, Era Infrastructure and Vatika Group.
