Landmark to launch Rs 261cr luxury apartment in Chennai

Real estate builder Landmark Construction on Friday announced the launch of its Rs 261 crore "Vertica" high-end luxury apartment coming up in city.

"Vertica" is coming up on 21.25 grounds on the Peters Road in the heart of the city.

It is 17-storeyed complex and has 82 units of which four would be two-bedroom flats of each 2,000 square ft, 64 three bedroom flat of 2,350 sq ft and 14 four bedroom flats of each 4,300 sq ft, Landmark Construction Managing Director T Uday Kumar said.

"Vertica is defintely the first of its kind in Chennai offering unique experience. We work towards Vision 2015, where we look forward for a turnover over Rs 300 crore", he told reporters here.

He said the project "Vertica" valued at Rs 261 crore would be completed by November 2013.

The company reported a turnover of Rs 95 crore in 2009-10 and was expected to register Rs 250 crore this financial year, he said.

Besides this project, he said the company had a total of 20 completed and six ongoing projects.
