2G auction application: Rel Comm, Sistema, RIL abstain

Barring two telecom companies, all others have applied for the 2G auction process. Reliance Communication and Sistema-Shyam have decided not to participate in the 2G auction bidding. The third company, which was expected to participate but chose not to, is Reliance Industries.
