Transport Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2011, inter alia approved/recommended payment of Final Dividend @ 25% (Re.0.50 per share of face value of Rs.2/- each) - (aggregating to Total Dividend @ 45% i.e. Re. 0.90 per share for the year).Source : BSE
