NTPC's unit I of Mauda Super Thermal Power Station with 500 MW capacity starts operation

NTPC has informed that the Unit I of 500 MW of Mauda Super Thermal Power Station, Stage-I is declared for commercial operation w.e.f. 00:00 Hrs of March 13, 2013. With this the total commercial capacity of NTPC has become 34810 MW.
