Ind-Swift at its meeting held on February 13, 2017, have considered and approved the allotment of 3817712 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the Promoter's Group on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 17.50/- per share against the Promoters contribution already infused by the promoters under the CDR package of the Company.

Allotment of 3817712 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the Promoter's Group on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 17.50/- per share against the Promoters contribution already infused by the promoters under the CDR package of the Company.2.
