DCM Shriram Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2013, inducted Shri K. N. Rao, presently CEO (Rayons) in the Company on the Board in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Shri Anil Gujral, whose term as Director & CEO (Chemicals & Alcohol) ends on January 31, 2014, effective from February 01, 2014 and appointed him Director & CEO ( Rayons) w.e.f. the said date, for a period of 3 years.The Board of directors also approved the re-appointment of Shri Tilak Dhar and Shri Madhav B. Shriram, Chairman & Managing Director and Whole Time Director respectively w.e.f. April 01, 2014 for a period of 5 years on expiry of their current terms.The remuneration and other terms and conditions of the above managerial personnel were approved by the Board of Directors as per recommendation of the Remuneration Committee of the Board.Source : BSE
