Secondly, the management should not be misleading as they have been till now. NO DEBT HAVE BEEN REDUCED AFTER RAIL STAKE SALE. INFACT, BOTH THE DEBT AND INTEREST has increased in the last 1 year or so. First, the greedy promoters should reduce the existing loan to JITFinfra to a rate atleast equal or even lower than at which ICICI and HDFC has provided to the company. It is not a morally good practice to charge higher interest from its own ones company when the company has not been able to generate profits at PAT levels.
