Vivo has officially launched its latest flagship lineup, the Vivo X300 series, in China. The lineup includes the standard Vivo X300 and the premium Vivo X300 Pro, both powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor. The new models bring improved imaging capabilities with Zeiss optics, larger batteries, and support for fast wired and wireless charging.
Features
The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. It uses an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 6,510mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The phone runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with gimbal stabilization, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor. The front camera houses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor. The device also features dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2, and Wi-Fi 6.
The standard Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel, also offering 120Hz refresh rate and HDR support. It has a smaller 6,040mAh battery with the same 90W and 40W charging combo. The rear camera array includes a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. The phone shares the same 50MP selfie sensor as the Pro model.
Price in China
The Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (around Rs 63,000) for the 12GB/256GB variant, while the top-end 16GB/1TB version costs CNY 6,699 (around Rs 79,000).
The Vivo X300 begins at CNY 4,399 (around Rs 52,000) and goes up to CNY 5,999 (around Rs 71,000) depending on configuration.
India launch
Vivo has not yet announced India availability for the X300 series. However, based on past flagship launches, the X300 lineup is expected to debut in the Indian market later this year, likely under the same naming scheme.
