iPhone SE 4

Apple is rumoured to launch the iPhone SE 4 in March 2025. Ahead of the rumoured launch, the dummy of the iPhone SE 4 has been leaked online. This time Apple’s affordable phone is likely to feature a premium design and if reports are to be believed, it may not be even known as the iPhone SE 4. Some tipsters have claimed that the iPhone SE 4 will be renamed to iPhone 16 e to sync it with the iPhone 16 series.

iPhone SE 4/iPhone 16 e design details

The dummy designs of the iPhone 16 e are being circulated on social media. A user, who goes by the name Sonny Dickson, has posted two images of the dummy units of the affordable iPhone series. The phones appear in black and white colour variants.

First look at the dummy reveals that it no longer has the same form factor as the previous generation iPhone SE models. It has a boxy structure now with rounded edges. For better context, the iPhone SE 4 aka iPhone 16 e, looks more like the present day iPhones such as the iPhone 14, iPhone 15 etc.

At the rear, a single protruding camera is visible along with a small cutout for the microphone and an LED light beside it. In the side profile, one can clearly see the volume buttons, the mute switch and the SIM tray. The dummy unit also features a metal frame.

Apple is yet to make details official about the iPhone 16 e. So to know the final design and specs, it would be good to wait for the launch of the iPhone 16 e.
