Lava has expanded its phone lineup with the launch of its entry-level smartphone – Yuva 4 – in India. The handset features a 6.56-inch HD+ resolution display with 90Hz refresh rate and a 50MP primary camera.

Lava has priced the Yuva 4 at Rs 6,999 for the base variant featuring 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There’s another variant that features 128GB onboard storage. The handset will be available for purchase via both online and offline retail stores across the country. The phone comes in three colour options – Glossy White, Glossy Purple, and Glossy Black.

Lava Yuva 4 features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Unisoc T606 chipset with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The handset comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

For photography, the phone comes with a single 50MP camera at the back and an 8MP front facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Apart from this, the handset comes with extended storage via microSD card of up to 8GB. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W wired charging. The handset runs Android 14 operating system out of the box.
