UK-based smartphone and accessories brand Nothing has been introducing various budget-friendly devices through its sub-brand CMF in the last few months. The firm is now set to launch a new audio product later this month, featuring an over-the-ear design with Bluetooth connectivity. CMF by Nothing has also released a teaser on social media, giving us a glimpse of the device alongside revealing its launch date.
CMF Headphone Pro: Launch date, expected design
In a post on the social media platform X, CMF by Nothing has announced that its next audio product, named CMF Headphone Pro, will be launched in India on September 29. The company has also teased the design of the headphone through a short video teaser. It reveals that the headphone will come in two colour options, orange and light green, similar to the CMF’s smartphone colour shades.
Further, unlike the recently launched Nothing Headphone 1, the CMF Headphone Pro features larger, cushioned earpads, which are built for providing comfort during long listening sessions. The headset also incorporates physical controls, with a visible scroll wheel that suggests users will be able to adjust the volume with tactile precision.
A power button also appears on the right side of the headphones, along with a USB Type-C port for charging and an LED power indicator light. The power button could also be used for turning on the headphones or Bluetooth pairing. The mesh inside the earcups has the left and right ear markings. Moreover, CMF could equip the Headphone Pro with a switch to toggle active noise cancellation (ANC) on/off. We can expect more details about the product as we get closer to the launch.
