As the new arrivals of Jeera have started in key mandies of Gujarat, Jeera prices have turned bearish at futures as well as at spot markets. Due to high moisture content, traders are quoting less for new jeera crop. Indian Jeera prices at the international markets are also trading at around $2,700 per tons much lower than Turkey’s Jeera, which is quoted at around $3,200 per ton.By: Skymetweather.com
