As per reports, Rabi oilseed has been sown in an area of 72.22 lakh hectares, up 10% from 65.72 lakh hectares sown at the same time last year. Of the major oilseeds, Rapeseed mustard sowing is reported up by 12% at 64.20 lakh hectare compared to 57.27 lakh hectare sown during the corresponding period of last year.By: Skymetweather.com
