As per reports, India has imported total 27,48473 ton pulses during the period April 2016 to October 2016. Pulses production in the country had decreased to 165 lakh tons last year. This year situation is likely to improve as combined production of Kharif and Rabi is expected to be 20 MMT.By: Skymetweather.com
