As per latest reports, this year, area under Rabi pulses has been increased by more than 11% than the corresponding period of last year. Chana sowing has been increased by more than 10% to 98.39 lakh hectares than the 89.08 lakh hectares sown at the same time last year. Normal in season area of Chana is 88.37 lakh hectares in the country.By: Skymetweather.com
