The Companies Law Committee Report

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs constituted the Companies Law Committee under the chairmanship of the Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide an office order dated June 4, 2015. The CLC was constituted with the mandate of making recommendations on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013, and examining the recommendations received from the Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee, the High 8 Level Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility, the Law Commission of India and other agencies.
