Malayalam actor Renjusha Menon, 35, found dead at home

Renjusha Menon's family realized that her room had remained locked for an extended period. After a forced entry, they found her body.

Renjusha Menon, a 35-year-old Malayalam actor known for her roles in television and film, was found dead in her Sreekaryam residence on Monday. The incident has sent shockwaves through the Malayalam entertainment industry.

Menon is known for her supporting roles in television shows and films such as 'Sthree', 'Nizhalattam', 'Magalude Amma', 'Balamani', and many more. Her filmography also included 'Athbhutha Dweepu', 'Lisammayude Veedu', 'Karyasthan', 'City of God', and 'Marykkundoru Kunjaadu'.

Local news outlets reported Menon was facing financial struggles before her death. The actor, who also held a passion for Bharatanatyam dance, lived with her family in a flat in Sreekaryam.

Her family realized that her room had remained locked for an extended period on Monday morning. After a forced entry, her body was found hanging inside her room.

The Sreekaryam Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Menon's death. Her body has been sent for an autopsy.
