The Delhi government wants more disclosures from power distribution companies in the state. It has asked three discoms -- Tata Power Delhi Distribution, BSES Rajdhani and BSES Yamuna -- to provide information about former DERC or power department officials who now work for these companies.

Details of former officials from any state government department must also be furnished, and this includes officials who have been associated with these companies since their inception. The disclosures should include former department officials who now appear as consultants or take on outsourced work from these companies.

Going one step further, the Delhi government also wants information on any former officials who have professional associations with other companies in the group to which these discoms belong.
