The Corporate Affairs Ministry is examining the 'inspection report' on India Cements, which owns IPL team Chennai Super Kings, with regard to its books of accounts, Parliament was informed on Friday. "The inspection report is under examination," Corporate Affairs Minister Arun Jaitley said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha. India Cements, which violated the provisions of Companies Act, relating to not furnishing particulars of employees in the report, was warned for its action.

Subsequently, books of accounts of India Cements were inspected and the inspection report is under examination, Jaitley added.
