SES Votes Against Director Pay

In this report proxy advisory firm SES takes issue with Apollo Hospitals' director pay policy.

'Shareholders should note that Mr Prathap Reddy's remuneration is 2.5 times the remuneration paid to the next highest paid executive director and 10 times the remuneration paid to the lowest paid executive director.'
