Future Group Selects BMC Software To Automate IT Ops

BMC Software to automate and manage IT landscape and operations across DCs, stores, warehouses and offices

Future Group, the Indian retailers, will standardise and automate its IT and delivery processes on a single platform based on Business Service Management (BSM) from BMC Software. The solution will support more than 1,000 stores, including marquee names such as Big Bazaar, Pantaloon, Central, Brand Factory, Ezone and Home Town, across 85 cities.
