Graphic artists, amateur or professional know one tool when it comes to image editing and that’s Photoshop. The popular software has reached the next major milestone Photoshop CS6 and while the final release is not out, a beta version is available. Users can head over to Adobe’s site and download a copy of the Photoshop CS6 beta for free. The free beta offers users a chance to see what the final software is like. Some of the key features of the new software include Content-aware Patch, which basically offers great control over patching of images than before. There’s also much better performance, all thanks to Adobe’s new Mercury Graphics engine. Many of the effects and tools should now offer close to realtime previews. As with recent versions of Photoshop, CS6 also has an even and modern looking user interface, Adobe claims.
